Job Summary
The Inventory Clerk will play a key role in managing and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth company operations. This position involves accurate record-keeping, efficient stock control, and close collaboration with the supply chain team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.
- Record all stock movements including receipts, transfers, and disposals.
- Carry out routine stock audits and reconcile differences.
- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper labeling and safe storage of inventory.
- Prepare reports and analyze inventory trends for efficiency.
- Maintain and improve inventory control processes.
- Support other departments by forecasting inventory needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in the renewable energy sector, is an added advantage.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦80,000
