Role Overview

We are looking for an Inventory Officer to manage medical supplies pharmaceuticals rehabilitation equipment and essential non clinical items within the facility. The role ensures that all units have the required materials to support patient care daily operations and safety compliance. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate stock levels preventing shortages and supporting the smooth functioning of the rehabilitation center.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels for rehabilitation tools medical consumables equipment and other clinical materials
• Ensure emergency medical supplies are always available and compliant with required standards
• Receive inspect and verify incoming items against purchase orders for quality quantity and condition
• Store all items according to hygiene standards safety guidelines and manufacturer requirements
• Distribute supplies to therapy rooms patient units kitchen and laundry areas in a timely manner
• Conduct routine cycle counts and annual physical inventory checks
• Investigate inventory variances and report losses or unusual discrepancies
• Track usage levels identify waste and recommend ways to reduce excess costs
• Serve as the inventory contact for suppliers and vendors
• Support procurement by identifying low stock items and preparing replenishment needs

Qualifications and Skills

• BSc or HND in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field
• One to two years experience in inventory management
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Good communication and record keeping abilities
• Ability to work with accuracy and maintain compliance with inventory procedures
• Residence within Ajah or Lekki is an advantage
