Role Overview

We are hiring an Inventory Officer to manage stock records and ensure proper control of company inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking stock movement, keeping accurate records, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep accurate and up-to-date inventory records
• Carry out regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock with records
• Monitor stock levels and raise requests for re-order when necessary
• Prevent stock shortages and reduce excess stock
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of items
• Prepare inventory reports, cost records, and usage summaries
• Submit regular updates to management as required

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of OND qualification
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Basic analytical and reporting skills
• Must live in Gbagi or nearby areas

Salary

Monthly salary range is N65,000 to N70,000
