Role Overview

GISCOR invites qualified and reputable vendors to submit bids for the establishment of Framework Agreements (FWAs) in two key service areas — Vehicle Rental Services and Provision of Refreshments — to support its ongoing field operations, workshops, trainings, and missions across multiple project locations.

The selected vendors will form part of GISCOR’s supplier network for one year, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Key Responsibilities

Category 1 – Vehicle Rental Services

• Provide well-maintained vehicles (cars, vans, buses, pickups, and trucks) for field operations.
• Supply qualified and licensed drivers.
• Ensure vehicles have valid insurance, registration, and safety certifications.
• Offer flexible rental options (fuel-inclusive or exclusive).
• Support field assessments, logistics, and project movement requirements.

Category 2 – Provision of Refreshments

• Supply assorted meals, snacks, beverages, and bottled water for GISCOR’s events and missions.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all supplies.
• Ensure timely delivery in line with GISCOR’s operational schedules.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience providing vehicle rental or catering/refreshment services for NGOs, government agencies, or corporate clients.
• Demonstrated capacity to deliver high-quality and reliable services.
• Valid business registration and relevant operational licenses.
• Strong track record in vendor management and logistics coordination.
• Ability to meet delivery timelines across multiple states.
• Excellent record-keeping and communication practices.
