Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking IT Manager to lead our technology vision and operations. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems. You will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business goals while managing and mentoring a high-performing tech team.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute IT strategies that support business growth
- Manage infrastructure, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Lead and support a skilled IT team to deliver operational excellence
- Oversee the security of digital systems and ensure data protection
- Align technology plans with organizational objectives
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and ongoing system improvements
- Utilize PMP or Agile methodologies where applicable
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in an IT leadership role
- Strong experience in enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and infrastructure
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- PMP certification or Agile experience is an added advantage
- Strong communication and strategic planning abilities
