We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Officer to join our team.
Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Manage website updates and content changes
- Handle cPanel and DNS configurations
- Set up and manage company email accounts
- Provide hardware and software support
- Maintain network and Wi-Fi connections
- Perform routine updates and data backups
- Offer remote technical assistance when required
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services
Requirements
- OND, HND, or BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
- Understanding of data backup processes and cybersecurity best practices
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is an added advantage
