Role Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Kitchen Accountant to handle inventory tracking, financial documentation, and reporting for kitchen operations. This role supports daily kitchen and eatery functions and plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Record accurate weights of food before distribution to the eatery
• Ensure proper food portioning and documentation
• Track kitchen and eatery inventory daily and ensure both are balanced
• Prepare daily inventory and financial reports
• Create cost analysis reports, budget comparisons, and profit and loss statements
• Support internal and external audits related to kitchen activities
• Analyze financial data to spot trends, resolve issues, and improve operations
• Use accounting software and tools for report generation and data tracking
• Work closely with kitchen staff, management, and other teams for smooth operations
• Assist the cashier when needed, including during night shifts

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications with 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting or kitchen operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights
