Location: Offa, Edu, Baruten, and Kaiama Local Government Areas, Kwara State

Qualification: HND or Bachelor’s degree, with postgraduate qualification as an added advantage
Experience: 3 to 5 years

Role Overview

The LGA Regional Officer will support community outreach, marketing, and administrative activities within assigned local government areas. The role involves driving awareness of health services, registering beneficiaries, engaging community groups, and providing regular reports to the head office.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out community sensitization and awareness programs to promote the organization’s services
• Identify and engage community groups, associations, and townships for marketing activities
• Locate individuals and groups who can support bulk enrollment for community members
• Register walk in customers at approved locations using manual and electronic methods
• Ensure all collected data is accurate and submitted on time
• Attend to inquiries from prospective beneficiaries and explain available services clearly
• Prepare and submit weekly activity and progress reports to the head office
• Support daily administrative and field operations within the assigned LGAs

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Postgraduate degree in public health or business administration is an added advantage
• Three to five years of experience in a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related tools
• Background in health insurance or community health programs is an advantage
• Residence within Offa, Edu, Baruten, Kaiama, or nearby areas in Kwara State is preferred
