Job Title: Loan Collection Officer

Role Overview

We are looking for a focused and confident Loan Collection Officer to manage customer interactions and encourage timely repayment of outstanding loans. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to meet set targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding their outstanding debts

• Send messages and follow up through approved communication channels

• Guide customers through the repayment process

• Persuade reluctant customers to make timely payments

• Meet weekly and monthly performance targets

• Provide accurate reports on daily activities

• Maintain good client management and professionalism

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant educational qualification

• Zero to one year experience in a similar role

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

• Strong customer management and follow up skills

Salary

N80,000 – N100,000
