Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

About the Role
As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily logistics and warehouse operations. This includes coordinating the movement of raw materials and finished products while ensuring operational efficiency and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Schedule transportation and dispatch of goods and materials
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate warehouse inventory movement
- Ensure all logistics documentation is accurate and up to date
- Work closely with vendors, transport companies, and suppliers
- Maintain health and safety procedures across logistics activities
- Lead, train, and evaluate logistics and warehouse team members
- Address and resolve logistics challenges including delays and compliance issues
- Continuously improve processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a logistics or warehouse supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Ogun State routes and residence near Ogijo is an advantage
