Role Overview

We are looking for a Lounge Floor Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations and maintain high service standards. The person in this role will supervise waiters, waitresses, and bar attendants while ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen and service floor. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, great attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise waiters, waitresses, and bar attendants to ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate between the kitchen and service floor to uphold food quality and presentation.
• Monitor staff performance and provide training, coaching, and support.
• Organize daily briefings to update the team on service expectations, menu highlights, and promotions.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Maintain effective communication across the kitchen, bar, and floor teams.
• Prepare daily reports and share updates with the Operations Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or bar.
• Strong team management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service and quality control.
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Salary

N150,000 monthly.
