Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing machines, ensuring smooth production and high product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machines based on production requirements and specifications
- Monitor machine performance to ensure consistent quality
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machinery
- Inspect finished products for quality and report defects
- Accurately record production output and machine activity
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Work closely with maintenance and quality teams to improve efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and quality issues to supervisors
Requirements
- Technical or vocational training is required
- Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work flexible hours or shifts when necessary
- High attention to detail and strong safety awareness
