Role Overview
The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise the maintenance team, and ensure all facilities and equipment function effectively. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and experienced in managing building systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the maintenance team and coordinate daily activities
• Create and implement maintenance schedules
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory, tools, and procurement of materials
• Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, sewer systems, and HVAC operations
• Good leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
Salary
N450,000 per month
