Role Overview

We are hiring a skilled and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily restaurant activities, guide staff, and maintain high service standards. The role requires hands-on experience in restaurant operations, good people management skills, and the ability to handle customers professionally in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and service flow
• Schedule staff duties and monitor attendance and performance
• Ensure customers receive good service and handle complaints promptly
• Check food quality, presentation, and service consistency
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Train and support staff to improve service delivery
• Track stock levels and report shortages or wastage
• Work with management to meet sales and operational targets
• Prepare daily reports on sales, staff activities, and operational issues

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the hospitality industry
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management ability
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Solid knowledge of restaurant operations and service procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues calmly
• Must live in Ajah or nearby areas
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Gender requirement: Male

Salary

Monthly salary of N250,000
