Role Overview

The Male Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, supporting the sales team, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. This role requires someone who can motivate staff, track sales performance, and help grow revenue while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales activities and support the sales team
• Monitor sales targets and report performance regularly
• Assist in customer engagement and service delivery
• Ensure proper product knowledge among sales staff
• Handle basic customer complaints and escalate when necessary
• Support management in implementing sales strategies
• Maintain accurate sales records and stock awareness

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years relevant sales or supervisory experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and customer service
• Organized, reliable, and result-oriented
• Experience in beauty, spa, or retail sales is an added advantage

Salary

N130,000 per month
