Job Title: Management Trainee
Location: Airport Road, Lagos
Work Schedule: Full-time, including Saturdays when required

Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, organized, and motivated Management Trainee to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a strong career in operations, administration, and business management. The trainee will rotate across departments, learn daily operations, and support teams to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational activities across departments
• Support the maintenance and tracking of company assets
• Help update and maintain financial and operational records
• Work with the operations team to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Support reservation and booking activities
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and workshops
• Take notes and communicate with managers and supervisors
• Learn company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Support sales and customer management units
• Assist with vendor coordination and product procurement
• Observe and learn basic conflict resolution processes
• Prepare reports and required documentation
• Meet learning goals and performance targets set for the traineeship

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in a related role is an advantage
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Basic financial recording and reporting knowledge
• Good leadership and coordination ability
• Positive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Candidates living around Airport Road, Isolo, Oshodi, or Ejigbo have an added advantage

Salary

Monthly pay ranges from N100,000 to N200,000
