Role Overview

Newchip Technologies is looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Manager who also has basic knowledge of social media management. You will manage daily operations, support staff, and make sure everything runs smoothly. The right person should be able to handle people, solve problems, and help the company grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily office activities

• Supervise, train, and motivate team members

• Maintain excellent customer service

• Monitor performance and prepare reports

• Solve issues quickly and ensure smooth operations

• Make sure staff follow company rules and processes

Qualifications and Skills

• HND or BSc degree

• Experience as a manager or supervisor

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Good problem-solving mindset

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

• Lives in Lagos, preferably Ikeja axis

• Basic understanding of social media management

Salary 

 ₦100,000 – ₦150,000
