Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Marketing Executive who understands the healthcare environment and hospital operations. The successful candidate will strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, enhance brand visibility, and grow patient and corporate engagement for our diagnostic centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase patient visits and corporate partnerships.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and organizations.
• Build and maintain referral networks with healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Conduct field marketing visits, community outreach, and promotional activities.
• Monitor healthcare market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare periodic marketing performance and activity reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic centre, or healthcare company.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and patient referral systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Salary

₦150,000 – ₦180,000 per month plus performance-based incentives.
