Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Officer to help grow our revenue, build partnerships, and strengthen our brand presence across TV and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies that attract advertisers, sponsors, and corporate clients while promoting News Central TV’s commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and revenue strategies to meet financial targets through sales to government agencies, corporate organizations, and other clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, sponsorships, and advertising partnerships.
• Manage pricing, sales forecasting, and revenue planning to increase profitability.
• Drive client acquisition and retention through effective marketing campaigns.
• Create and execute multi-platform sales strategies covering TV, digital, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Strengthen the brand’s market position through creative storytelling and commercial marketing.
• Research market trends, audience data, and competitor activities to support business decisions.
• Negotiate and manage advertising and partnership deals with external clients.
• Work closely with editorial, production, and digital teams to develop marketable media solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, sponsors, media agencies, and corporate partners.
• Represent the company at client meetings, marketing events, and industry gatherings.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the media or communications industry.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and media sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media management and marketing tools.
