Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and result-driven individuals to join our marketing team. The Marketing Officer will focus on acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and promoting the company’s investment products. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in meeting clients, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition and Retention

Identify and onboard clients for mutual funds, fixed income products, and portfolio management services.
Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support.

• Sales and Marketing

Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
Represent the company at meetings, events, and seminars.

• Brand Promotion

Promote investment products through digital, physical, and referral channels.
Support the development of marketing content, proposals, and campaigns.

• Market Research

Track market trends and competitor activities.
Share useful feedback and ideas for product positioning with the management team.

• Reporting and Compliance

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Two to three years of verified experience in sales or marketing.
• Experience in financial services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Goal-driven, confident, and able to work independently.

Salary

N150000 to N200000 per month.
