Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Media Personnel who can produce engaging digital and traditional media content. The ideal candidate will work closely with content creators, influencers, and agencies to bring marketing ideas to life and ensure all media output aligns with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with producers, videographers, and designers on various media projects
• Develop and execute short-form video content for digital platforms
• Coordinate with influencers and agencies while outlining clear expectations and deliverables
• Ensure influencer content is posted on the required platforms
• Turn creative briefs and marketing strategies into compelling visual content
• Maintain brand consistency across all media outputs

Qualifications and Skills

• BA/BSc/HND or relevant certification in media, communications, or a related field
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in media production
• Strong creativity and the ability to tell visual stories
• Good communication and writing skills
• Ability to adapt to new ideas, platforms, and approaches
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Good research ability and attention to detail
• Experience producing different forms of digital and traditional media
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, data analysis, and analytics
• Proven portfolio of past media work
