Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Hospital Representative to help identify and refer patients who require physical rehabilitation, including cases of stroke, head injury, and spinal cord injury, for intermediate inpatient admission at our facility.
The right candidate should have strong connections within the healthcare sector, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to improving patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and rehabilitation facilities.
• Identify and refer patients with physical rehabilitation needs for inpatient admission.
• Provide clear information about our rehabilitation services to healthcare providers and families.
• Work closely with healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and continued care.
• Achieve referral targets and support the expansion of our rehabilitation program.

Requirements

• Solid network of healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain effective partnerships.
• Understanding of physical rehabilitation programs and services.
• Prior experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development.
