Role Overview

The Membership Relations Officer will be responsible for engaging, supporting, and expanding the institute’s membership base. The role involves creating strong relationships with existing and prospective members, promoting membership value, and ensuring members remain connected to NICA’s activities, services, and professional development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new members.
  • Promote NICA’s membership programs, benefits, and professional services.
  • Participate in membership campaigns, outreach activities, and strategic engagement initiatives.
  • Provide timely support, information, and assistance to members.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping, documentation, and communication with members.
  • Represent the institute professionally at events and engagements.
  • Support marketing and branding activities to enhance membership growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on membership development projects.
Qualifications and Skills
  • B.Sc. in Marketing or any related field.
  • Strong experience in professional services marketing.
  • Very brilliant, intelligent, and articulate.
  • Extroverted personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and good organizational habits.
  • Ability to engage people and build trusted professional relationships.
