Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month

Role Overview

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will support the organization in planning, implementing, and monitoring programs to ensure they achieve their intended outcomes. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and working closely with staff, partners, and donors to track program performance and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness
• Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to measure outcomes and impact
• Prepare regular reports on program performance and progress
• Maintain accurate records of program activities and transactions
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, donors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and regulations
• Provide M&E training and support to staff and partners to strengthen program delivery
• Identify capacity-building needs within the M&E team and address them
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and coordination of cross-functional teams

Qualifications and Skills

• BSc or HND in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in NGO programs, particularly in Public Health interventions (HIV, TB, OVC, KP programming)
• Experience managing USAID or Global Fund grants is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with diverse teams
• Resides within Lagos Mainland LGA or nearby areas

Salary

₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month
