Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Motion and Graphics Designer who can work closely with our digital and creative teams. The right candidate will understand project goals, translate ideas into clear visuals, and deliver designs that meet brand standards across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Review design briefs and clearly understand project needs
• Create engaging graphics for digital campaigns, social media posts, flyers, and presentations
• Design illustrations, logos, and motion content using appropriate software
• Select suitable colors, layouts, and visual styles for each project
• Test and review designs across different media formats
• Update and improve designs based on feedback from the team
• Work with various design tools and formats
• Ensure all final designs are clean, professional, and consistent with brand identity

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong motion design skills are required
• HND or BSc in a creative or related field
• At least 3 years experience in graphic design or motion design
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and motion graphics tools
• High level of creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and adaptability skills
• Good communication and relationship management skills
