We are now inviting applications for the Graduate Skills Development Scheme (Networks Division) under Project Pathfinder.

Locations: Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt (Rivers State)

About the Programme

This scheme is designed to prepare young graduates for a rewarding career in networks and technology. It offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across all backgrounds.

Who Can Apply

• Education: Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, ICT, or an HND with Upper Credit in relevant Engineering fields
• Experience: 0–2 years after graduation. Industrial training or prior work experience in telecoms or IT-related fields is an added advantage
• Mindset: Curious, adaptable, and eager to take on challenges
• Values: Integrity, teamwork, and passion for continuous learning
