Job Overview

The Network, Security and Data Centre Administrator will be responsible for managing and securing the company’s network infrastructure. This includes overseeing routers, firewalls, VPNs, and virtual servers, while ensuring smooth communication systems, addressing security threats, and supporting disaster recovery strategies to guarantee business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network and security hardware and software
• Monitor systems and respond to security threats in real time
• Carry out vulnerability assessments and security audits
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Oversee VMware and virtual server environments
• Work with vendors on upgrades, support, and technical improvements

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in network or security administration
• Professional certifications such as CCNP (Routing/Security) and MCSE
• Strong knowledge of VMware, network switching, and security standards

Salary

N300,000 – N500,000 monthly
