Job Title: Nursing Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Manager. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate nursing staff, ensuring that patients receive the highest standards of care. The role involves managing critical care units, supervising daily patient care, allocating resources effectively, and supporting the implementation of hospital policies and procedures. The Nursing Manager will also collaborate closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality healthcare services.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Nursing Management and patient-focused care
- Proven nursing skills with the ability to supervise and support clinical teams
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Valid nursing license
- Previous experience in hospital or clinical settings is an advantage
