Job Title: Offline Sales Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Offline Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets. This role requires strong negotiation skills, proactive engagement, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close sales deals efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product or service delivery
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Attend trade fairs, conferences, and networking events to generate leads
• Provide management with regular reports on sales performance and market insights

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation and relationship-building ability
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary

N150,000 – N200,000 monthly
