Job Title: Operational / Support Staff
Location: Iyana Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
The Operational / Support Staff will assist in managing daily delivery activities, support riders, handle basic customer inquiries, and ensure smooth workflow within the hub. The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery schedules and monitor rider activities
- Maintain accurate records and prepare simple daily reports
- Support hub operations and ensure tasks run smoothly
- Assist customers and provide quick solutions to basic issues
Qualifications and Skills
- SSCE, OND, or NCE
- HND or BSc is an added advantage
- Good communication and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in logistics or operations is helpful
Salary
N50,000 to N70,000 monthly
