Role Overview
The Operations Advisor III provides expert guidance across operations, maintenance, systems management, and process improvement. This role supports functional teams, strengthens operational processes, and helps implement continuous improvement across the organization. It requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with teams at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate development of operations and maintenance philosophies and project specifications.
- Ensure consistent implementation of operations integrity and product quality management systems.
- Support risk assessments, incident investigations, and audit preparation.
- Provide functional guidance on technical issues, improvements, and operational initiatives.
- Help manage cost control and productivity improvement plans.
- Support training development and technical learning programs.
- Lead or contribute to cross functional initiatives and improvement projects.
- Develop, maintain, and share best practices across teams.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, industry partners, suppliers, and third parties.
- Contribute to conceptual and pre FEED studies when required.
- Assist with planning and performance stewardship activities.
