Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, spa, and restaurant to ensure smooth service delivery and an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate should have strong leadership, management, and facility operations skills with a passion for maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hotel, spa, and restaurant operations to ensure top-quality guest experiences.
• Develop and implement operational procedures that improve efficiency and maintain service standards.
• Manage facility operations, including electrical and plumbing maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and local authority requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to foster a productive and positive work environment.
• Monitor operational performance, analyze data, and apply strategies to improve processes.
• Conduct staff training and development programs to promote continuous improvement and service excellence.
• Keep up to date with hospitality trends to enhance overall guest satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality operations management, preferably in a 4 or 5-star environment.
• Strong knowledge of facility management and operational best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple functions effectively and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality service standards.

Salary

₦400,000 – ₦500,000 per month
