Job Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the supply chain, logistics, and distribution of fuel while ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, process management, and the ability to deliver results through effective planning and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee fuel inventory, logistics, and fleet operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
- Lead, supervise, and motivate operations staff
- Work with vendors and suppliers to maintain a steady and reliable supply chain
- Drive operational improvements and implement cost-control measures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in operations, preferably within the fuel, oil and gas, or energy sector
- Strong knowledge of fuel distribution, HSE compliance, and process optimization
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Candidates must reside within or around the Ajah axis
Salary
N250,000 per month
