Role Overview
We are seeking a female Operations Manager to manage and improve the daily operations of our nightclub. This role suits someone who understands nightlife culture, enjoys social environments, and can manage people, service, and guest experiences with confidence and ease.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining service quality, supporting business growth, and representing the brand positively to guests and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily club operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain a high standard of guest experience throughout operating hours
- Supervise floor staff and operational teams
- Coordinate staff schedules and on shift performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests and industry contacts
- Support management in implementing operational standards and improvements
- Handle operational issues calmly and professionally during busy periods
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two years experience in nightlife, hospitality, or club operations
- Strong understanding of nightclub culture and guest expectations
- Confident, well presented, and socially intelligent
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Strong customer service and relationship management ability
- Proven people management and team leadership skills
- Ability to stay calm and make clear decisions under pressure
- Emotionally intelligent and well spoken
- Comfortable engaging with high profile guests and partners

Salary
N500,000 to N600,000 monthly
