Job Summary

Shelta Global Concept is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage and coordinate the smooth running of multiple branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, compliance, and overall operational excellence across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities across multiple branches to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Monitor branch performance and implement improvement strategies where needed
• Develop and execute operational strategies that drive productivity and customer satisfaction
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Support and guide branch managers and staff to achieve set goals
• Review and analyze performance data to recommend operational improvements
• Promote teamwork, innovation, and a culture of excellence across branches

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in a numerate discipline
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-branch environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to resolve problems and handle conflicts effectively
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards

Salary

N150,000 – N180,000 per month
