Job Title: Order Fulfillment Officer
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Role Overview

The Order Fulfillment Officer will oversee and coordinate order processing activities, supervise fulfillment staff, and support the Store Manager in ensuring seamless operations. This role requires strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and residence within specified locations. Applicants living outside the listed areas will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure prompt stock replenishment

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics teams, and delivery partners to streamline order flow

• Resolve order fulfillment issues, including delays, damaged products, or incorrect deliveries

• Track and monitor KPIs such as order accuracy and fulfillment time

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures

• Generate reports on order fulfillment performance and KPIs

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with inventory management systems or related software

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service

• Relevant academic qualification

• Must reside in Oniru, Lekki Phase 1, Marwa, Elf Bus-stop, or Ikate Elegushi

Salary

N100,000 – N120,000 per month
