Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Order Fulfillment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales leads, converting prospects into clients, and ensuring excellent customer experiences both online and in-person. This role requires someone who is confident, articulate, and able to work independently while representing our brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and convert leads through phone, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Engage customers with a clear understanding of our products and services.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct in-person or virtual consultations as needed.
• Follow up on leads, prepare proposals or quotations, and close sales efficiently.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
• Attend company events, exhibitions, and perform related errands as required.
• Encourage repeat sales and upselling.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Age between 23 – 30 years.
• Must reside on Lagos Island (VI, Ikoyi, Lekki, Ikate, Maruwa).
• Minimum of OND/NCE; B.Sc./HND preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, organized, teachable, and professional in appearance.
• Comfortable using digital tools like Google Docs, WhatsApp Business, email, and basic CRM systems.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
