Role Overview

The Order Fulfilment Officer will oversee daily order processing and supervise other fulfilment staff. The role also supports the Store Manager to ensure smooth store and delivery operations. This position requires strong coordination, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely dispatch
• Supervise and guide other order fulfilment officers
• Monitor stock levels and maintain up to date inventory records
• Work closely with the warehouse, logistics team, and delivery partners
• Resolve issues such as delivery delays, damaged items, or wrong orders
• Track fulfilment performance such as order accuracy and delivery timelines
• Maintain quality checks to reduce errors in order processing
• Prepare basic reports on fulfilment performance and operations

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant educational qualification
• Must live in Oniru, Lekki Phase 1, Marwa, Elf Bus Stop, or Ikate Elegushi
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems quickly and calmly
• Clear communication and people skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory or order management systems
• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, retail, or customer service is an advantage

Salary

N100,000 to N120,000 monthly
