Role Overview

The Outlet Manager is responsible for the daily management of the store, ensuring smooth operations, strong sales performance, excellent customer service, and proper staff supervision. This role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to meet revenue targets while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure company policies are followed
• Drive sales growth through effective merchandising and in-store marketing activities
• Meet and exceed the outlet’s revenue targets
• Supervise, train, and develop store staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the inventory team
• Ensure delivered products match order specifications
• Prepare stock and sales reports
• Analyse sales performance and forecast future sales
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions and share insights with management
• Implement outlet-level promotions such as discounts and special offers
• Manage store costs and control overhead expenses
• Oversee cash handling and payment processes in line with company procedures
• Deposit daily sales proceeds into the bank
• Ensure store security, safety procedures, and emergency systems are properly managed
• Coordinate staff activities during new stock arrangement
• Improve personal skills through approved training programs

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of four years relevant work experience
• Proven experience in retail store operations is required
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to analyse sales data and make sound decisions
• Must reside close to the job location

Salary

N210,000 to N300,000 per month
