Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Patrol Supervisor to oversee security patrol operations and manage security personnel effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain safety, order, and compliance with established security protocols. This role requires hands-on supervision, coordination with relevant authorities, and proactive risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security patrol operations and manage duty rosters and schedules.

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of security personnel on assigned beats.

• Conduct routine security inspections, patrol checks, and operational assessments.

• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and patrol standards.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to ensure high performance.

• Monitor surveillance systems and review reports or footage for suspicious activity.

• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches.

• Conduct incident investigations and prepare detailed security reports.

• Liaise with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required.

• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company security standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor, Patrol Supervisor, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of security operations, patrol procedures, and emergency response.

• Ability to recruit, train, supervise, and deploy security personnel effectively.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure.

• Attention to detail and ability to enforce discipline and compliance.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary

N60,000 – N120,000 monthly
