Role Overview

The Pattern Drafter / Stylist will support fashion production by creating accurate patterns and contributing to design execution. The role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and interpret basic patterns to support garment production.

• Assist with styling and design tasks as required.

• Manage multiple tasks while meeting timelines and quality standards.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

• Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all assigned duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of O’Level qualification.

• At least 1 year of experience in a pattern drafting role.

• Basic technical skills in pattern drafting and design.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.

• Eye for color and a good feel for fabrics.

• High level of professionalism, self-drive, and result orientation.

• Strong learning ability and adaptability.

Salary

N120,000 monthly
