Role Overview

Pephla Medical Laboratory Diagnostic Centre is hiring a skilled and creative Marketing Officer to support business growth. The role focuses on attracting new clients, increasing referrals, and building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, organizations, and individual partners. The successful candidate will play an important role in expanding the laboratory’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in public and private sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Support the execution of marketing and business development strategies
• Schedule and attend meetings, presentations, and client visits
• Carry out market research and gather useful business insights
• Support the development of healthcare service plans
• Contribute to marketing and sales planning activities
• Work towards meeting set sales and market growth targets
• Use sales forecasts and planning to support revenue growth
• Study market trends and client needs to improve services
• Take part in promotional activities, exhibitions, and industry events
• Work with partners, agents, and advertisers to promote laboratory services

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree in a relevant field
• Three to five years of marketing experience in the healthcare sector
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of sales and customer relationship management
• Experience working with Health Maintenance Organizations is an advantage
• Understanding of National Health Insurance Scheme operations is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Salary

N100,000 to N150,000 per month
