Planner / Scheduler at Avixio Projects

Avixio Projects is an oil servicing company providing essential services to both International Oil Companies (IOCs) and National Oil Companies (NOCs). We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Planner / Scheduler to join our team in Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and contractors to align activities and track progress.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Allocate resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials effectively to meet project requirements.
• Monitor progress, track performance, and report any deviations from approved plans.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
• Present progress reports, charts, and updates to management and stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and cost control efforts by aligning plans with financial forecasts.
• Ensure all planning processes comply with project standards, procedures, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and planning records for audits and claims.
• Actively participate in project meetings, providing scheduling and planning insights.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Planner or Scheduler in industries such as oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in planning tools including Primavera P6, MS Project, or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Solid understanding of project management processes and methodologies.

Salary

₦600,000 monthly
