Class Suites Hotels & Apartments is a contemporary hotel chain with several branches across Lagos, located close to Muritala Muhammed Airport (LOS). Our lodgings are available in prime areas such as Ikeja, Ogudu, Ogba, Agege, and Jabi, designed to provide comfort and convenience for our guests.

We are currently recruiting for the role below:

Job Title: Porter

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions
• Run errands including dry cleaning pick-up, mail delivery, and message handling
• Assist with transportation arrangements such as booking taxis, parking support, and ticket reservations
• Welcome guests, handle luggage, and ensure smooth room transfers
• Support event setups including conference rooms and banquet equipment movement
• Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas such as the lobby and hallways
• Monitor and report supply shortages to the appropriate department
• Respond promptly to safety and security concerns to maintain a safe environment
• Deliver excellent guest relations by attending to requests and inquiries professionally

Salary

N60,000 – N70,000 per month
