Job Title: Procurement and Tender Manager

Locations: Lagos and Ode-Remo, Ogun State

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and construction supplies while ensuring efficient and standardized processes
• Design and implement procurement strategies that reduce costs and guarantee quality and timely supply
• Evaluate and select suppliers, build stable supply chain systems, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Lead tendering activities and contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and minimize risks
• Coordinate procurement support for engineering, construction, and operational activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations in all procurement and tender processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Procurement Management, Engineering Management, Real Estate Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement or tender management within real estate, construction, or building materials industries
• Hands-on experience with tendering, contract administration, and supplier evaluation
• Knowledge of Nigeria’s building materials and engineering equipment market is an advantage
• Established supplier connections will be highly valued
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team coordination skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to manage risks and control costs effectively

Salary

N200,000 – N300,000 monthly
