Position: Production Manager
Location: Kuje, Abuja

Job Overview
We are currently hiring a Production Manager to oversee our daily production activities at our Kuje facility. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can lead production operations, ensure consistent quality, and support team development while meeting output goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities on the production floor
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process
• Plan and monitor production schedules
• Oversee inventory and ensure raw materials are available
• Collaborate with departments to improve workflow and efficiency
• Identify and resolve equipment or process issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
• Lead training and skill development for production staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Previous experience in tissue paper production is an added advantage
• Strong background in production management and quality assurance
• Skilled in managing production timelines and inventory
• Technical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery and improving processes
• Solid understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to mentor and train team members
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
