Job Title: Production Supervisor (Ice Cream)

Location: Asaba, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage daily ice cream production activities at our Asaba facility. The ideal candidate will coordinate resources, maintain production standards, and ensure targets are consistently achieved while upholding quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all production activities to meet set targets
• Coordinate staff and resources effectively to achieve performance goals
• Organize production areas for smooth and efficient operations
• Maintain a strong focus on production quality, quantity, cost efficiency, and profitability
• Ensure planned production schedules are achieved consistently
• Monitor performance to ensure compliance with quality and organizational standards
• Enforce ISO 22000 standards and ensure cGMP practices are followed
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and high standards within the production unit
• Take full responsibility for production performance and outcomes
• Provide regular reports on production performance to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2–3 years of relevant work experience

Salary

N150,000 – N180,000 per month
