Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month

Role Overview

The Program Officer will work closely with the program team to plan, implement, and monitor projects that advance the organization’s mission. The role requires coordination with stakeholders, supervision of field staff and volunteers, and ensuring compliance with organizational and donor policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement programs that align with the organization’s mission and goals
• Conduct community needs assessments and research to identify priorities and target beneficiaries
• Develop project proposals, work plans, budgets, and logical frameworks
• Coordinate program activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Supervise field staff, volunteers, and partner organizations for effective project execution
• Ensure programs comply with organizational policies, donor requirements, and regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, donors, and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of program activities, budgets, and outcomes
• Prepare reports for management, donors, and other stakeholders
• Provide training and support to staff and volunteers to strengthen program implementation
• Identify capacity-building needs within the program team and address them

Qualifications and Skills

• BSc or HND in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management
• Experience in HIV, TB, OVC, or KP interventions is an advantage
• Experience managing USAID or Global Fund grants is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to supervise teams and manage multiple projects
• Resides near Yaba, Lagos or willing to relocate

Salary

₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month
