Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and managing real estate projects, collaborating with both technical and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution, and contributing to the company’s growth through innovative project planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Project Coordination

• Develop and implement strategies to meet project and company goals.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align project solutions with client requirements.
• Support project planning and ensure designs meet market and technical standards.

Business Development and Marketing Support

• Identify potential business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional plans for new projects.
• Ensure proposed technical solutions align with customer and market demands.

Project Performance and Reporting

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and investors.
• Ensure projects are completed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in real estate development or construction.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is an advantage.

Salary

₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month.
