Role Overview

We are looking for a detail focused Quality Assurance Analyst to support quality control and food safety activities within our processing facility. This role involves monitoring product quality, analyzing data, and ensuring that production processes meet required standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with production and quality teams to maintain consistency and improve overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out quality checks on raw materials, products during processing, and finished goods
• Collect and review quality data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement
• Perform routine inspections and laboratory testing based on quality and food safety requirements
• Record observations and prepare clear quality reports for internal review
• Support corrective and preventive actions when quality issues are identified
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and hygiene guidelines
• Assist during internal audits, inspections, and quality assessments
• Collaborate with QA officers, supervisors, and production staff to maintain product standards

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Two to three years of experience in a quality assurance role within a food manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of food safety practices and quality management systems
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical ability
• Ability to prepare accurate reports and maintain proper documentation
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Residency Requirement

Applicants must live in Sagamu, Ogun State, or nearby areas to be considered for this role.

Salary

Monthly salary is N150,000.
